How to deal with Error: Geometry not found

After run a batchmesher config, submit the job, it just show the erroe as below in Evenlog

Jul 14 22:09:55 : Error: Model xxx.prt can not be processed because

Jul 14 22:09:55 : file .\xxx.prt is not accessible.

But actually all the UG parts are in the working directly. If I mesh them manually it is ok. but with the config file, it failed.

And the batchmesher interface show the message as title.

do you have any idear about this error?

Are you running BatchMesher with a network license? If so, then you will get this error (Geometry not found) when BM is unable to get license. Check the other log files or status files, in one of them it should be written 'License not found' or 'License not available'.
