I have done modal analysis of fixture assembly, i need to export a video file containing mode shapes of the same. I am not able to do it.So any help regarding this will be very useful for me.

Please post process in HyperView, this is the recommended postprocessor.
When you are postprocessing and ar viewing an animation, you can save the animation as an avi for instance using the Capture Graphics area option in the image capture toolbar.
To activate the image capture toolbar go to view > toolbars > hyperworks > image capture.
