Hi,

I've been building seatbelt in hybrid (1d/2d) and create connection to slipring element and retractor element.

I ve followed the hypermesh tutorial and read ls dyna manual 971.

My problem is when i connect 1d seat belt element to slipring/retractor element, ls dyna found error that slipring anchor also on belt element. I tried to connect the 1d seat belt element to rigid and the rigid connect to slipring element, and found error that the seat belt element not coincident to slipring/retractor.

are there any suggestions?

Thank you.

    Hi Prakash,

I did it. Finally my seatbelt worked out.

I manually create node in LSDYNA dot K (.k) which is exactly on position in which two seatbelt element coincide and add ELEMENT_MASS to it to input the node mass.

    Thank you.
