Revolute Joint

Hi Ariane,
Please go through http://www.altairuniversity.com/learning-library/10-procedure-to-create-kjoint2-in-radioss/ which shows creating a revolute joint in HyperMesh RADIOSS interface using /PROP/TYPE45 (KJOINT2).
Another option to model joints in RADIOSS is to use a /PROP/TYPE8 spring. Provide high stiffness to all degrees of freedom those are fixed and zero stiffness in the direction which you want to be free. The model file attached for your reference.

i want revolute joint without any movement .ie. only to transfer load ?

Hi,
A joint is used to allow for a relative movement between components. If the purpose is only to transfer loads then you model with connectors or rigids for that.
