Hello,
I try to re-create the Tutorial 'Beam Bending Exercise using HyperBeam'. In Step 2 - Create Material - Type Isotropic - card image MAT1, I can't find this material type and card image. What do I need to to, to create this material?
the material types and card images are solver specific and they are only shown in HyperMesh, if you set a correct User Profile. The User Profile you need for MAT1 is 'OptiStruct', so please make sure that you choose the correct Profile when starting the software. When you forget to choose on start-up and want to switch the User Profile to OptiStruct later, please go to Preferences --> User Profiles --> OptiStruct.
