Inspire optimization run problem

I have the same problem that was explained in this post: https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=1b76083a1b2bd0908017dc61ec4bcbe7

There was never a solution.

I tried reinstalling Inspire a couple of times and switching licenses and it worked for a single analyze run. Now it is back to not working. On another device the optimization runs with the exact same .stmod file.
