Can't load Nastran xbd file with modal results in Hyperview 12

I can't seem to load an Nastran xdb file into Hyperview 12.0 when there is modal analysis (sol103) data in the results file.  It always seems to hang up.  I can read the same file in Patran, but I would rather use Hyperview.  Does anyone have the same issue?

    Hi,

     

    Close all your HyperWorks application on your machine and follow the below:

     

    Please delete setting files on your machine. Follow the link below on how to delete setting files:

    Also, delete .Altair folder in temporary directory. Go to Run and type in %Temp% and click OK (see the picture below)

     

    Now open HyperView and try loading the file.

    Also u can try .OP2 output file. Just replace PARAM, POST, 0 in bdf file to PARAM,POST,-1.
