alias ves donst work

hi everyone,

i have an ubuntu 20.04 machine with nc 2022 , i can run the command vel 
to see all enviruments, but the command ves donst work.

i tride to run the full alias of the command and I get the following message

if someone know how fix the problam?

Change the environment in the current shell.

USAGE OF ALIAS 'ves':
% ves [+]<ENVIRONMENT>
% ves <tclFile>
% ves -project <projectName@hostName>
