    Hello,

     

    this are the stresses at the stress data recovery points, defined at PBEAM (look at online help).

    It is possible to define up to 4 points (C;D;E;F).

     

    Since stresses for 1D beams are only computed from axial and bending components, i think that means 'longitudinal stress SAC' (S...stress; A...end A of beam; C... point C)

    2.Which stress option gives the value of von misses's stress in 1d analysis.

    3.Are 1d stress results accurate to predict the factor of safety for a component.
