output request (Angular velocity) in motion view

Hi there,

 

How to give output request to find the angular velocity of a link at a certain point in motion view

 

Here I have considered a very simple Slider crank mechanism (see attached image), I was applied a velocity as input on the slider.

For this input velocity, I want to check the angular velocity of the crank.

Hi Ravi Teja,

 

You can use function WX ,Wy, WZ to output angular velocity from MotionView/MotionSolve.

 

in the output panel, change the property type to expression and write an expression of the type WY(I, J, K) This outputs the rotational velocity about Y axis.
