A few things. First, it looks like the image you attached might have become corrupted. I can only see:

Did you union all geometry before meshing your model in CADFEKO? Overlapping triangles mean that the surface area of two triangles is intersecting. The FEKO solver requires that triangles only connect on (at most) two triangle vertices. This means that two triangles can share a common corner or, at most, a common edge. What the union operator does is to ensure that the mesher knows how to configure the geometry so that an appropriate mesh can be constructed.
Are you using low-frequency stabilisation (LFS)? If so, then you can try to refine the mesh.
It would be helpful if you could share a model that shows the problem - the CFX file should be fine if you can.
