How to view the AAA.res file generated after solving the analysis?

You need to go to File > load > results within HyperMesh 

 

.res is a HyperMesh results file.

can i read a '.out' file in Hyperview?

you can read an .out file with any text editor ( like notepad)

Could you please let me know why you want to open a .out file in HyperView?

 

.out files contains information about the solution and run/optimization history and it cannot be opened in HyperView.

because i wrote a matlab routine and would like to read it in HiperView

 

so i would try to obtain my results in matlab with a similar syntax to .out file, for example, to be able to read it in HiperView

Out file is not the way for that,
