Segmentation error while importing step files in HM 12.0

Hi

When Im trying to import a geometry file in step format, In hypermesh 12.0 it quits showing segmentation error. Can I avoid this by changing any settings. Please help.

How about the size of STEP file? Could you import it into another software yet?
