HM crash on importing Pro wildfire5.0 files

I am not able to import proe files. i remember previous version it is possible. Is there any patch to eilminate this issue.

    if model is big, try to import part by part or some parts by some parts.

    sometimes, complicated surface(s) make hm to crash.

    or you can try to import with different extension.

    I tried with different ways, nothing helped. I think Some translator in HM is not working properly.

    there should be some patch which will eliminate this issue.

    I installed some patch from altair, now there is no crash. I am using HM10.0.
