1.python installer error, 2.Inspire does not open

This is my first time installing inspire, when i finished installing inspire it says we already finished installing but error occured. And it says check the log, and when I go to the log folder, I could find the log name 'python installer error'. Statement below is the statement when i open the 'python installer error'. Everytime I try to open inspire, it does not open. How can I fix this problem?

ALTAIR_HOME: C:\Program Files\Altair\2021.2
COMMON INSTALLER: C:\Program Files\Altair\2021.2\python3.5.4_16_win64.exe
COMMON FILES: Active State Python
PRODUCT DOING INSTALL: AltairInspire2021.2.2_win64 (1).exe
TIME STAMP: 02/01/2022 21:20:55

The common\python folder does not exist.

Please check the logs folder.
