Angle between global coordinate system and local coordinate system

Hi

I am working on complex geometry. I am making some experimental modal analysis for that.

So I am suppose to place the sensor on some inclined positions.

Now I want to know what is the angle of inclination of some surface with respect to global axis in all three coordinate system using hypermesh.

create a node on the surf

duplicate it

translate it along x axis

duplicate it

project it onto the surf

now enter panel f4, select 3 nodes to get angle value

I need angle in all three coordinate axis.

like how much angle it is inclined in X,Y and Z.

In the above method the angle between three points can be measured (only one angle)

but I need three angle

Hi,

please do it 3 times, you will get 3 angles (just change direction of translation from x to y and z)

If you did steps as I guided above, you would understand
