Response Surface Method in GRSM

Hi,

 

What kind of the DOE and response surface method implemented inside HyperStudy Global Response Surface Method?

Would there be any limitation in GRSM if my structural responses are very noisy?

    Hi Tanut

    Details of GRSM can be found in HyperStudy help.  GRSM would work well with noisy responses as it is global search algorithm and good in capturing the global trends of the response functions (as opposed to being trapped in local minimums/maximums). Hope this helps.

    Hi Fatma,

     

    Many thanks for your reply, but I cannot find info on how the response surface is constructed (adaptive response surface sounds close to Kriging) or global sampling DOE is done.
