T cross section 1D element

Hello everybody,

I am analysing a simple model 1D element cantilever. beam with a T section cross.

The problem is that it seems as if the local hyperbeam reference system is on the contrary, although the T cross section in the Hypermesh representation is correct.

In the stress analysis on Hyperview it results that the zero stresses, where the centroid is positioned, are referred to the recovery point with the opposite sign from what it seems in the Hyperbeam.
Someone could help me?

    did you check the bar element orientation in 1D>>bar>>review>>click the element?

    It shows the orientation vector 'Y' that should be consistent with your intended orientation.
