Hypermesh to Abaqus. Elements have missing properties definition

Basically what I have done is 

1) Imported a hmascii file into hypermesh (the file exported from Avizo)

2) ShrinkWrap to downsize the element

3) Tetrameshed ShrinkWarpped model

4) Created material 

5) Created property 

6) Assigned property to the tetrameshed solid model

7) Defined constrains and loads

8) Defined load steps

9) Exported to ABAQUS as input file

 

When I run the model in Abaqus, it showed '174830 elements have missing properties definition'. 

 

Did I miss any steps? I have re-done the whole process many times, nothing changed.

Please give me some suggestions to solve this issue. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

 

Make sure you are in Abaqus user profile before you start all of this.

 

Goto Preferences>> User Profiles>> Abaqus

 

Next, go to 3D page>>Element type>> Select all 1D elements and click update. Similarly do the same for 2D and 3D elements.

 

After this you can proceed with further modelling.
