Error when loading a .hm file "The file specified is not a hypermesh database"

Hello, I'm trying to load an .hm file created with a Student Version of the HyperWorks 13.0 (using Optistruct) into a comercial version of HyperMesh, but the following message appears: 'The file specified is not a hypermesh database'. What should I do?

    Which  commercial version of Hypermesh you are using?Importing higher to lower version will not work.you can try with Fem file.

    Hey, I accidentally delated a .hm file definitely from the trash. Whit 'recuva' software I get back the file but when I go to open it, it gives me the error 'The file specified is not a hypermesh database'. What should I do?

    I think your 'recuva' software does wrong job. So your .hm model was corrupted. No way to restore.
