Error opening H3D file in HyperView 11

Hi guys, 

I have a problem when I open a file results (H3D) in HyperView 11. The file does not open and the following message appears:

 


Error: 4 - Error while parsing the file (not well-formed (invalid

              token))

 


Would anyone tell me how I fix this?

    Can you let us know what are all the updates installed on your machine for HyperWorks?

     

    in HyperMesh, Goto >> Help>> Updates and system information and paste the information here in the topic

    Hi felipeds

     

    Can you try loading the file with Result math template set to None as shown in the picture below?

     

    Also, Please update your HyperWorks to the latest patch. You can download the updates from the link below:

    This was exactly the problem. Now here is solved. The option that was selected here was standard.
