How to choose higher order tetra mesh while meshing ?

TET4 is not good choice in genaral of analysis. If you have to use this type of element, you have to make very very fine mesh.
However, with TET10 that's better. Pratically, I never use TET4 for a serious analysis with SAMCEF or NASTRAN.

You should not choose 2nd elements while meshing because it will mess up your model
just switch 1st to 2nd elements by panel 'order change' prior to export the deck
