Regarding export an IGS file with less tolerances from Hypermesh
I am trying to export an IGS geometry from Hypermesh to CATIA. But the edges that I have suppressed using the quick edit function in Hypermesh appear again in CATIA. Also, I got a large number of edges that were not present at all in the original file. Can you please tell me a method using which I can export a clean IGS file from hypermesh?

Hello,
the only way is to create 'clean' geometry in Hypermesh.
Suppressed edges means, that internally always the original surfaces exists. And of course you get this sufaces at export.
Same problems with toggled or replaced edges with large tolerances / cleanup values. This is not a clean geometry and you have problems.
Try to generate exact, clean surfaces and you are always on the right way...
