Auto-Create Properties

Hi,

 

when i get CAD-Data, i Import it into HM and get components created with specific part names.

 

Here is what i want to do:

 

To pick some comps (not necessarily all) and automatically create properties with the same name and a property card image of my choosing.

 

Is there some built-in workflow for HM or a script for that?  

 

Ideally, i would need this for LS-DYNA and Optistruct template

Yes, there is an available tool in 'user tab' (profile nastran or optistruct)

- make a sample property

- assign it to your selected components

- click on 'Auto Property' 

 

it will make properties for comps
