Do you have a template for double wishbone damper to lower wishbone template for the SAE SUPRA that can be used for analysis. If not how can I analyse this type of suspension in motionview/motionsolve?
Please try to do this process and add your systems and add your data from data sets
MotionView>Models>Assembly Wizard>Front end of Vehicle.
Select your assembly and try to create your model

@Deep thank you for your help. I have successfully imported the suspension model. But how can i change parameters such as half track width, spindle length etc. I can change the control arm positions by locating them, but i cannot change those values.

it is easy to change these parameters just follow the steps and refer attached images(images are example to explain, you can do similar process with your model)
go to Project browser> system of suspension > Data Sets > Vehicle Input parameters. And Enter your calculated or measured values.
@Deepit does not show vehicle input parameters when i create the model, it only shows static wheel alignment. How do i perform analysis on this model?

In this case you have to edit hard points manually in wizard model, for Baja/Supra template we have provided this facility to edit necessary parameters for students.
