HyperView /// HyperView Player Installation Issues

I'm having some troubles in opening HyperView. The shortcut calls:

'C:\Program Files\Altair\11.0\hw\bin\win64\hw.exe' /clientconfig hwpost.dat

a bit of digging hwpost gave me below:

*Client('hwpost11')

*Client('hwplot11')

*Client('hwvideo11')

*Client('hwtext11')

*Client('hwmbdmodel11')

*Client('hwplot3d11')

*Client('hwfepre11')

I use local installation.

The error I get is 'Altair Hyperworks has stopped working'.

    I have worked around and noticed that view results option is available in hypermesh version 11 environment itself.
