Safety factor violation for minimum mass objective

Hello all!

 

I am trying to run optimization in Inspire on a vehicle door model. I have applied loads and constraints. The optimization runs for maximum stiffness with 30% mass target. But when I try to run optimization for minimizing mass, for any factor of safety value it gives error Design Violation > Safety Factor Violated.

 

 

I also checked online to fix this problem and it seems we have to apply displacement constraints to avoid the error(it was shown specifically for that example though).I tried to apply same displacement constraints to my model but it did not resolved the error.

 

What should I do to resolve this error?
