Segmentation Error when tried to import Geometry into Hypermesh Desktop 13

Hello,

I tried to import geometry (.stp, .iges) into hypermesh. But it is showing an segmentation error and then the software crashes.

I have previously (1 day ago) successfully imported the same files and am able to work on those files.

I didn't understand suddenly what happened.

Currently, I am able to import models (.hm) files but not the geometry.

Please help.

If you can do that without problem ago, I'm sure your PC has changed, virus? Windows update?

Please try the below:

Close HyperWorks application(s) and Please delete setting files on your machine and try again. Follow the link below on how to delete setting files:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Also, delete .Altair folder in temporary directory. Go to Run and type

in %Temp% and click OK.
