How to assign mass and inertia to a node?

How to assign mass (isotropic) and inertia (rotary) to a node?

Hello,

 

You can assign mass to node using the 1D>>masses.

Please keep in mind the units system.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

 

Then to add inertia go to card edit panel:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

 

select the proper element, assign the config as mass and type as CONM2:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

 

then click on edit and enter the appropriate values.

Hello Sanjay

I am new in Althair and I have been reading your post but I am still confused. Could you help me please to explaining again step by step how to apply mass in structure model. 
I am trying a model one column with clamped in the bottom and has a mass on the top column. What should I do? I need a solution to get frequency on the structure.
how about the unit mass (kg or N)?
