No Check and Run options in Motionview student edition

Hi all, I'm using Motion view of the Hyperworks 13.0 student edition. I just started of with some tutorials like 'Vehicle Dynamics Using Altair MBD for SAE SUPRA'. The problem starts when i use RUN button which actually didn't have CHECK and RUN options to analyse to study the STATIC RIDE ANALYSIS.

Any one aware of this. Help me find it.

below are two images i've uploaded which shows you that student edition doesn't have check and run options.

Hi,

Check has a dedicated Icon available. Please use the Green 'Tick' Icon to check the model integrity (see the image below).

Try to compress project brower or expand rest of the GUI to see RUN button.

Thanks for the information. But again when i run the model i'm getting an error stating 'Error! Model contains more than 20 bodies, the permissible limit
in Student Edition'. What's the use of providing video and software if we can't run it.

Request latest version 14.0 of student edition where you can handle up 200 bodies.See attached screenshot for same.

If you are SAE event participant then you could request full version for certain period of time.

I am also not getting this option. before I used to get this run,animate plot option but on clicking animate button i get '.h3d file missing...' (I have all files from mbd.zip for BAJA). And on my next start of the program this option dissapeared.

Did you check the no of bodies in your model.As mentioned above Student Edition motionview comes with limitation.

I guess it is commercial version 14
