hexa mesh on complicated feature

hai all...

i had a tough time meshing a part(shown in pic), i intended to do with hex8 element but at the junction where i've spoted in the pic were failing internally.

2 mutually perpendicular cylinders are connected with varying fillet, the region where i couldn't mesh..

Firstly, you have to understand that we can not make full hex8 mesh for any geometry /emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

but i'm still working on it and have seen little improvement as in the pic but again struck at that point

The thing is, Start from the junction and then proceed towards the outside

also try to suppress unnessery edges.. create your own edges or existing edges for smooth flow of hex mesh..
