3D connexion mouse not working in hypermesh 2017.2

Hi,

My 3D connexion mouse not working in Hypermesh 2017.2 but working in the Hypermesh 13.0

is there a fix to this problem please?

    Hi Dilen,

    HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph 2D, HyperGraph 3D, and MotionView now support the following SpaceBall or SpaceMouse devices from 3Dconnexion: SpaceNavigator, SpacePilot, SpaceExplorer, and SpaceTraveler. Before running HyperWorks, be sure that current drivers are installed for your device.  HyperWorks will automatically detect and enable the use of the SpaceBall/SpaceMouse once the device is connected and working properly.

    I tried with SpaceExplorer in 2017.2 and it works fine.

    Hi,

    I have tried with SpaceExplorer USB, Windows 8, 64Bit with driver version 10.4.3. You can try with the latest driver update for the USB.

    And before starting HyperMesh, close all HyperWorks sessions and delete all the settings files and try using the USB.
