Where in help can I find all the data about the outsput parameters like ESE that are not easily searchable in the help ? and what H3D means ?

The HyperWorks suite allows user to translate the result file to H3D format that is Altair proprietary and a compressed format. They can open the same in HyperView for post processing of the results.
In Help, OptiStruct > Reference Guide > Input Data: you can get all these:
