Hypermesh version 13 always crashing

Hi guys,

So here's the thing, we have been using hypermesh version 13 for quite some time now and ever since then we always encounter this issue.. it always crashes! I don't why this always happen I don't have a clue on how to resolve this. If anyone of you guys here had the same problem and had already found a solution to this, please do share it to me it I will be very thankful.

I used Hyperworks 13 too. Some time it crashes, but not always /emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

HI,

Please try the below:

Close HyperWorks application(s) and Please delete setting files on your machine. Follow the link below on how to delete setting files:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Also, delete .Altair folder in temporary directory. Go to Run and type

in %Temp% and click OK.
