How to import .STL file in hypermesh 11

Please tell me how to import .STL file in hypermesh 11

I have tried to import....but message is coming as 'permission denied'. 

Please rectify this problem.

    Dear Bindu,

     

    I am not sure about this. But I usually go to File > Import > Solver Deck.

    Change the File type: STL. Browse and select your file then import. It always worked for me image/emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

    hi,

    as it would seem to be your hm was running in a protected folder

    try open the command window and look for what current directory is

    it (usually) should be Documents
