ERROR 37590.

Hi,

I am using FEKO lite to simulate the characteristic modes of a dielectric resonator antenna (similar to example A-15 in the example guide). 

First question: What is the value of resonant frequencies (in GHz) that the model solver solves for?

Second question: I am getting an error: 

ERROR   37590: The characteristic modes that were calculated are all non-radiating. Increase the number of modes requested.

Even after increasing the number of modes to 100 (a physically ridiculous number), the error persists.

 

Thank you for the help. I need to verify if FEKO can solve for complex eigenfrequencies (frequency and damping) before purchasing it for our project.
