Connector problem hypermesh to ls-dyna

Hi,

in my hypermesh mesh model i have spotwelds with 3 layers. When i want to import these model into ls-dyna for crush test these spotwelds with 3 layer causes problem and give this error 'Rigid elements (id's : 1202) share a common node (Node id : 2)'. How can i solve this. ](*,) ](*,)

    hi

    try detach the rigid elements from each other

    i think rigid spotwelds are set by contact, not by shared node

    anyway i just see 3-layer spotwelds in hexa-elem style

    Another solution would be to revise the connectivity of your rigid elements to make the node on the centre layer of your spotweld the independent node, the two outer nodes dependent.  Combining the two separate rigids into a single multi-node rigid is one way to achieve this.
