here I have to click on each and every element in order to check it's quality. What if I have more than 1000 3D elements in my model?

If you are talking about 3d tetrahedral element then you could use tetra remesh & tetramesh optimization to improve element quality.

I am using hexahedral solid 186 element. I have different element size at different location in my assembly. Then how do I play perform quality check?

To my knowledge there is no automatic quality correction for hex element. If you are generating hex element with 2d element then try to generate good quality 2d meshing. If 2d element quality is good then 3d element quality will also be good.

I can't understand why you need check element by element?

All you need to perform quality check is to give threshold values then click on green buttons.
example you want to check whether some solid elems have warpage >30 degree
=> input 30 into warpage field and then click 'warpage'
if some elements are > 30d warpage , they will be highlighted. click on 'save failed' to save them
enter panel F5, select entity as 'elems' > click elems> retrieve> elems> reverse > mask
failed elems will be isolated on screen and you can modified them,...
Or do you mean you want to summary element quality values like below?
elem1 warpage aspect minsize maxsize
elem2 warpage aspect minsize maxsize
