Hi,
Please let us the following details:
1) Are you using full version or Student Version of HyperWorks?
2) If Full version, what are the updates you have installed? (http://forum.altairhyperworks.com/index.php?/topic/13435-to-identify-the-software-updatepatch-that-has-been-installed-in-your-machine/)
3) Share the entire warning message given by HyperMesh.

Hi Omid-t,
sorry for a late reply.
Can you check if there are any duplicate elements in your model?
Press F10 and check for 2D and 3D duplicate elements and delete them if you find any.
Use Save failed option in the same panel to save the duplicates found if any and go to Delete panel>> Elements>> double click on entity selector>> select retrieve>> Delete to delete duplicates.
