zero normal vector-LS-Dyna

Hi, 

I have started with a basic LS-Dyna tutorial 'head impacting an A-pillar'.

The run has given following error

 *** Error element ID   10011 has a zero normal vector.

looks quite simple but couldn't clear it. Kindly help.
