3D Element Representation

Hello. The 3D element representation button is not showing up in the bottom toolbar, is there any way I can bring it up?

Do you mean Preferences ==> Menu Config? If so, I can't seem to see any option to display 3D element representation.

Goto VIew>> Toolbars>> Visualization make it active.
