Hyperworks Organizer error

I have been using Hyperworks for 5 months. But from few days i have been receiving an error of Hyperworks Organizer error shown in snip below. Then it shows library is closed message and stops working. What is the solution for this error?

    Sir, I have Windows 10 Pro Operating System and NVIDIA GeForce 930m Graphics Card.

    Hi,

    Can you please delete all the settings files and try again. The below post shows how to delete the settings files:

    Note: Close all the HyperWorks sessions before deleting these files.

    Thank you sir, Clearing temporary files solved my issue.
    Now HW is working fine.:)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />
