workspace screen not visible in hyperworks 13.0

workspace doesnt show up when i run hyperworks version 13.0 .i have switched the graphic display from intel graphic card to radeon graphic card but still the problem exists.

can anyone tell how to resolve this issue

    hi Sagr,

     

    what is the operating system you are using to run the application?

     

    can you share the system information of your machine?

    i am using window 7 64 bit currently .

    sir how to extract the system info.

    Hi Sagar,

     

     

    Go to>>Help>> Updates and system Information>> System information to get the system information

     

    Also, HyperWorks 13.0 is not officially supported by RADEON graphics. I would suggest you to update to NVIDIA or AMD

    Sagar,

     

    RADEON Graphics is not officially supported with HW 13.0.
