el programa no inicia

Luego de la Instalación del programa Altair Inspire, el programa se cierra y no inicia; se ha realizado la autorización de la maquina y se ha agregado la clave de licencia.

    Hi Javier,

    Translated question: "After installing the Altair Inspire program, the program closes and does not start; the machine has been authorized and the license key has been added."

    In these instances, we normally advise Users to update all Drivers for their machine and try again. If the issue persists, then reinstalling the program would be advisable. 

    Can you confirm that you installed the most recent release of Inspire (Version 2024.1) and that it was from our Altair Marketplace? https://altairone.com/Marketplace?tab=Info&app=Inspire
