Hi,

how can I connect two orthogonal surfaces like a T junction?

    Hi Cristian,

You can try with edges (Shift+F3) option to find the free edges and equivalencing them. Before equivalencing, click on preview equivalence option which will perform the coincident node check on the selected components or elements and show a temporary node at the location of any nodes identified for removal. Or you can use the Replace panel ( Mesh > Edit > Replace Nodes or F3) to relocate one node to the position of another or manually equivalence two nodes.

Another method is extend option ( 2D page>> Connectors module>>mesh edit)  to create smoothly-meshed connections between different components.

Please find the attached pdf which explains about various options available in extend option.
