Altair Inspire 2019 seems fails saying contact support for analysis and hangs on 100% in optimisation.

Following the y-bracket tutorial leaves the optimisation hanging on 100% and analysis fails, saying contact support. The optimisation is definitely no longer doing anything because the process has no load on CPU. Please see attachments.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Best,

Darren

Ok so no replies as of yet so maybe more info is needed.

I run a windows 10 machine with good specs, 32GB ram, free storage 20GB+, graphics card is the only week point but doesn't seem to be under great load, its a GTX1050Ti.

Maybe if I cannot run local someone could let me have a go at a trial of Altair 365 in the cloud?

    Best,

    Darren

I have got exact the same problem, would be nice if somebody could help on this topic. It seems to be a problem with the version number 2019. I also have got the older version (2017), it seems to work there.

Can you please make sure there is no space or special characters in the username in windows?  let us know if this solves the issue
