i don't understand, what you want to know exactly.
It is the sames procedure as usual. Do you have checked the help file (midsurface panel->extraction options)?

I think it's difficult to get perfect midsurf of this kind of part
because usually thickness varies, and many complex T-connections, variable fillet radius and width
so with it you should manually make midsurf, between each surface pair, then extend surface, trim, etc
auto-midsurf just works well with sheet part and simple rib part
