How to copy mesh attributes in assembly?

I'm working on meshing of a truck chassis frame assembly.

This assembly contains various components which are repeated in the assembly body.

How do I copy meshing of a one component and apply it to other component?

 

(For example, the assembly contains 10 connecting plates. 

So can I mesh one plate and just copy the meshing to 9 other plates?)

you can duplicate the mesh, in any panel with the element selector, just click on the yellow elements entity selector and then click on duplicate.  Create a new component and make it current, make sure the duplicated elements are moved to this new current component (you are prompted for this) 

 

and then do a tool > position to position it at the right places.
