Blank geometry

I'm using Radioss_One_Step for creating a blank shape of a very simple part which is exactly symmetric about one of its axis. I don't want to apply any symmetric constraints. As I see the mesh pattern it appears mirrored(similar) as expected. But when it unfolds in the blank shape result visualization, the flattened mesh pattern looks a bit different and also the most worst, it gives unsymmetrical geometry in the .igs file export. I used different ways in meshing(reflecting), geometry setup(reflecting),etc; but the results aren't satisfactory. Please comment

    Hi,

you have meshed the blank with Mixed mesh (quads +tira).  use quads only mesh and rerun the analysis.

Also make sure the element size is small enough to capture fillet (surface/edge) regions.
