Blow molding

Hi,

I am working on blow molding analysis.

For this I referred the Example 44 from help.

Use the same boundary condition for pressure,but bottle is unable to blow.

Please check attached file and suggest the solution.

Hi,

I don't have Hyperworks 14,so input deck is unable to open in hypermesh 13.

Please send me input deck generated from Version 13.

Is it necessary to use Material Law No 66. Visco Elastic Plastic Piecewise Linear Material for blow?

Because when I used MAT law 66 got error as following.

Deck file provided by you is run successfully.

After that I saved that file in .hm format and export it to .rad file.

Again run this newly created .rad file, but it unable to run.

It gives same error as mentioned earlier;

Hi,

If I run the same with another material law, then it run successfully but unable to blow.

When using mat law 66 only,it gives error.

Hi Tushar,

The same model file is working fine for me. Can you please upgrade the HyperWorks to the latest release, that is HyperWorks 17 and run the analysis.

As a workaround, please delete all the settings file (http://forum.altairhyperworks.com/index.php?/topic/13434-how-to-delete-settings-files/?hl=delete) from your working directory and try running the analysis.
